Drizzit fighting sequence

Sunday, February 26th, 2006

As the scimitars were raised in the aftermath, hard rain fell down, and you could feel the pulsating heart.  Then, mechanized warriors fell out of the sky.  At this point, the rest of the group had disbanded, due to tax reasons.

Jeff solidly demanded, "I demand that I am Jeff".  The mechanized warriors responded, "we also demand that we are Jeff. "

A blaze of crimson filled the sky, as Jeff moved his scimitars in a precise circle fashion, like a gardener wacking the weeds off of his promising plants.

"When will this terror end?"  After you stop reading too many Drizzit Do’Urden Books…..

Always leave the cold in Feb..

Monday, February 6th, 2006

I always recommend getting out of town if you live in a cold area in Feb.  It’s the culmination month of cold, dry weather.  I went with my gf to St. Croix, it’s beautiful there, nice beach, good snorkeling, kayaking, oohh, and the weather is around 70s/80s = good times.  I’m no Jaques Cousteau, but I  took pics of the fishies, and hopefully they will come out well.

If you go, I highly recommend staying in Christenstead, and eating at Paradise cafe for bkfast, but also really eating at Savant for dinner–fantastic food.  Savant reminded me of those little nice places down at UVA.

Upon returning, I know that I did feel some good warmth, and hopefully that will carry me through until March.

In other news, things are going well on the whole, starting a new job today, things are going well in the relationship, and my sister is getting married in a month.

If I can just get through doing my taxes, and grad school–everything will be alright :).
