My Blog

2005 was quite the year.  I started out the year–in one job, then ended up in another, probably more changes coming up.  I had no girlfriend, but ended the year with one, and still have one :)  I applied, got in, and began the glory of grad school at UVA, and it is still going.

Socially, I learned a lot–I still need to work on a variety of things–it’s my goal to be much nicer, and more people oriented this year, less task focused.

Physically, I was hurt way too much, just turning my ankle over and over again in soccer sucked.  This year, I aim to be healthier by wearing better shoes/being more cautious after I get hurt.

Mentally, I feel kind of burned out–I could use a good time at Canyon Ranch.  I resolve to take more baths, and hey, maybe even get a real bath tub instead of the plastic tub I use.

Domestically, I got new silverwere, a new bed, I’m probably leaving things out I’ve tried to blank out.  But, my goal is to come to terms with what the F’s wrong with me–no more domestic things next year. 

2006 has lots of good possibilities, with the end of grad school, a new job/work change, maybe a trip to Niece or Australia, and my sister getting married.  May 2006 be good to all of you as well
