Newness of possibilities

What can one say about the prospect of new things?  On the one hand, going into new situations puts you at incredible risk.  And tying your fate to a new someone/thing can put things out of your control.  But, at the same time one could argue that the joy you’d feel would never be higher.  So, you’ve got to take the leap sometimes, even if you know you might fall.

A couple of side notes:  1–I highly recommend reading Good Omens–the Nice and accurate prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett.  It’s like a Douglas Adams book, but in a different vien, more straightforward.  2–A number of interesting ideas for companies: Adult camping, software estimating for BI, forecasting, we’ll see if any pan out.  3–If you have a large shower but would also like to take baths in it, you do have a solution in a large rubbermaid tub, which can be found at target, although it’s not anywhere near as comfortable as a regular bathtub.
